In search for bikini for sun tanning on wed and i bought 2 sets lol. B couldnt join us for mj but bern was too gian to play so we played 3 leg. Yours truly won $47.5 in the end teeheeeee.

Wednesday

Sand, sea and sun tan with q at cafe del mar. We didnt know it opens at 11am so we had to wait. No sun initially but we got ourselves a nice tan in 2 hours. I must really stop tanning so much yo.

Thurday

Crooning with jy at kbox for 5 wholesome hours. Too hungry after singing  so we ordered a huge salad, 2 main courses and 2 dessets at Swensens lol 

Friday

With a veryyy long to do list, we accomplished every single task by 5pm and stil have time to chill hahaha.

Dinner at Ma Maison and caught Monster vs Ailen. Not v funny leh.

Saturday

My honeystar turned 2 1! Cuz he had to march for ndp we could only celebrate after that and that was 8pm alr when we met. My plan was to dine at vila bali but… due to the massive jam in pie we reached town to collect the cake at 9! goodness. Change of plan to Hog’s Breathe. I rmbr the food was nice when i celebrated my 18th there but it was so so only this time. Walked all the way from ps to chijmes omg so far! Then a midnight movie after dinner, Angels and Demons. Would rate a 4/5, thumbs up! But the boyf fell aslp during the movies only woke up in the middle zzz

Anyways, a confirmed trip to hkg with the bestie on 22 to 26 june heeee. Shopping, eating, shopping, eating and more shopping, eating woohoo! Honeystar is marching for ndp and left with only sundays to meet me. ): I’m proud of him but how often do i get sunday off? Zzz. To reduce my sadness, i have london and 8 days rome coming up next month which equates to more bags shopping haha!

PS: Yuting is disgusted because she saw 17 dead cockroaches on her way back home.

After nine long months of horrendous training, boyf finally poped, from tadpole to frogmen (ie. certified diver) leh weeyuwee! Am so proud of you honeystar! I left house thinking my cam’s full batttery but it went flat when i was about to snap zzz. Pardon the terrible shots from my 8.1 megapixel phone.

And i fell damn sick after abu dhabi jeddah. MC two days! The poor me visited the doc for two consecutive days! But, being the #1 girlfriend i stil went ahead and attended honeystar’s 30th batch graduation dinner teeheee. So, the day before the grad dinner xt and i went hunting for dress, heels and clutch. Thanksss for your company xt ♥! Total damage = 652.9! Zzz

2. And so i cof and went to ams with xt before i left for lax and vegas. Took almost 500 pics in 2 days wow! Nice colourful flowers, boring windmill and great company (:

3.  Then i left for 7 days holidayyyyyy in states!

Day 1 Touched down at noon, decided and abolished plan of factory outlet shopping zzz. So we went around the anaheim neighbourhood and had dinner at tony roma’s 

Day 2 Disneyland woohoo!

Day 3 To las vegas and toured the city at night. Happening mans!

Day 4 Grand Canyon + helicopter ride! So 2 wonders of the world down, 5 more to go.

Day 5  Back to los angeles, visit to chocolate factory and the most saddening part of the trip was the pathetic one hour of grabbing at Tanger outlets. Zzz to the max 

Day 6 Universal Studios is so amazing i enjoy it better than disneyland i must say. WOOHOO X 10!

Day 7 Brunch at Ruby’s for the sec time (and now im missing the gigantic pancakes) before heading to the airport.

 Theatre of Dionysos

The Theatre of Dionysus was a major open air theatre in ancient Greece, built at the foot of the Athenian Acropolis. Dedicated to Dionysus, the god of plays and wine, the theatre could seat as many as 17,000 people, making it an ideal location for ancient Athens’ biggest theatrical celebration, the Dionysia. It became the prototype for all theatres of ancient Greece. It was the first stone theatre ever built,  into the southern cliff face of the Acropolis.

The Parthenon is a temple of the Greek goddess Athena, built in the 5th century BC on the Athenian Acropolis. It is the most important surviving building of Classical Greece, generally considered to be the culmination of the development of the Doric order. Its decorative sculptures are considered one of the high points of Greek art. The Parthenon is regarded as an enduring symbol of ancient Greece and of Athenian democracy, and one of the world’s greatest cultural monuments. The Greek Ministry of Culture is currently carrying out a program of restoration and reconstruction.

Cruise to Aegina island

Temple of Aphaia (or Aphaea)

Located within a sanctuary complex dedicated to the goddess Aphaia on the Greek island of Aigina, which lies in the Saronic Gulf. Aphaia was a Greek goddess who was worshipped exclusively at this sanctuary. The extant temple of circa 500 BC was built over the remains of an earlier temple of circa 570 BC, which was destroyed by fire circa 510 BC. The elements of this destroyed temple were buried in the infill for the larger, flat terrace of the later temple, and are thus well preserved. Abundant traces of paint remain on many of these buried fragments.

What’s below? Tunnels can be seen and remains of pottery and ancient stuff stil lying underneath, not open to public. Imagine you were part of it few thousands years ago. I had the same exact feeling when i entered one of the pyramids. What if i was the queen of the Pharaoh  in my past life visiting my tomb and was mummified there.

The Agora

was an open “place of assembly” in ancient Greek city-states. Early in Greek history (900s–700s BCE), free-born male land-owners who were citizens would gather in the agora for military duty or to hear statements of the ruling king or council. Later in Greek history, the agora served as a marketplace where merchants kept stalls or shops to sell their goods.

Hephaestus was the patron-god of metal working. After the battle of Plataea, the Greeks swore never to rebuild their sanctuaries, destroyed by the Persians during their invasion of Greece, but to leave them in ruins, as a perpetual reminder of barbarian ferocity. The Athenians directed their funds towards rebuilding their economy and strengthening their influence in the Delian League. When Pericles came to power, he envisioned a grand plan for transforming Athens into the centre of Greek power and culture. The temple of Hephaestus in the Agora was meant to embody the richest evidence of Athenian tradition, conservatively in the Doric order and the full complement of carved metopes that had long been Athens’ pride on its conspicuous Treasury at Delphi.

We covered the whole of athens in 3 days with exception to islands santorini and mykonos. Closed in winter and who knows when will i be rostered for athens again haha.

Booked just a month before departure and got 35% discount. No idea why there were so many you-know-who onboard but nevertheless we enjoyed ourselves and got a nice tan hee. My canon gave a me a shock on the second day when the screen went blank! Duno what happened but we  stil cont taking pics and made a trip to the service centre after we touched down. Then guess what? Actually someone pressed the display button accidentally that caused the screen to go blank. Zzz

28 Day out with honeystar, caught He’s jus not that into you. A very girlfriend show, just like Sex and the city. Not really my type.
